Commercial Banks are "A" class banks and financial institutions of Nepal. There are 20 commercial banks in Nepal. Examples of commercial banks are Nabil Bank Limited, Global IME Bank, NIC Aisa Bank, etc.

After all the adjustments, the remaining profits are available for the distribution of dividends to its shareholders. Normally, Companies do not distribute all the available dividends. However, most companies distribute the dividend to their capacity.
