Bikash Hydropower Company Limited is a hydropower company with registered office at Maharajgunj-03, Kathmandu District. It was private company which was later converted into a Limited company on 14th Magh 2078, with the registration number 2921993/78/79. The company was registered with the Income Tax Office on 8th Falgun 2073. It has project named Upper MachhaKhola Small Hydropower Project has a capacity of 4.55 MW.

Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between Bikash Hydropower Company Ltd. and Nepal Electricity Authority was signed on 11th Kartik 2075, in Kathmandu, on a Take or Pay option.
